2 Hour Knitting Technique- Sweater (Part 1)

Part of a series of classes to take you from the beginning steps of knitting a sweater to a finished garment.

This class will focus on casting on and yoke instructions. All students should come prepared with a gauge swatch with the yarn and needle of their choosing. The class will be knitting the Flax sweater by Tin Can Knits.  You can find more information about the pattern here.

Instruction takes place on September 28th from 1-3pm. Basic knitting skills needed. 

Materials provided by student (an email will be sent prior to class for more details, contact us if you need to have it sent to you):

• Yarn of your choice
• Needles recommended for the yarn
• Gauge swatch
• Measuring tape
• Stitch marker
• Waste yarn
• Darning/tapestry needle
